Can anyone tell me what internet program to start with and what to stay away from? I need simple please!

Do you mean to surf the web? What app did you use to get here?

If so, and you're on a PC with Windows, you can use Internet Explorer, which comes with Windows.

You can also try Firefox, which is a free download here:http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/

If surfing the web is not what you were referring to, please explain what you want to do.

Well Im trying weed out a lot of information,affillate,or dropshipping,to start here at home part time since I work full time at the hospital,and I wonder what works and what doesn't what to stay away from and what realisticly can work for me.
