What are some of the ways a dad can seek and win custody of his children ? My husband has two children and his ex-wife will agree on shared time with the children then when her life is going bad she takes it out on my husband by refusing to let him see their kids. She blames anything that goes wrong in her life on him. He is a good man and he loves his kids, a lot of fathers I know would rather pay child support and not have their kids around, my husband is just the opposite. This is really hurting him.. What can anyone tell me to help him stop his ex-wife from playing games with their children ?

Did he ever go to court to get court ordered joint custody? Moms don't always even follow this but if he hasn't done this it just may make her feel obligated to follow a court order than an agreement between the two of them.
Someone needs to have a talk with her about how this could be an emotional disruption for the kids too and that someday they may hold it against her.

There is a decree of divorce that specifies custody and visitation, and your husband should have a copy. If either refuses to comply with the terms of the divorce, he or she can be held in contempt of court, which is behavior judges do not like to learn about.
