My ex husband have joint custody of our 2 children 50/50.

I guess I'm confused. You say you are receiving $350.00 for your youngest but that she is living with her dad but could you get an increace in the support her dad pays you even though she is not living with you! If I misread this, please clarify. If in fact you are not supporting this child then you should sign an agreement to not receive any support or put the funds in a college fund.

Sorry for the confusion. The custody arrangements with my ex are 50/50, but I probably have her 75 per cent of the time, which I am very happy about. I was just curious what my rights were.
