On 92-95 civic there are two plugs above the ecu (in a green soft plastic holder) the one with two pins can be jumpered with a paper clip or just a piece of wire with the engine running or stopped after the cel comes on. It will start to flash codes using the cel . One long flash followed by four short flashes is code 14. Two long and one short is code 21, two short is code 2 and one long is code 10. That is how it is read by the flashes. Once codes flash it will give all codes that it has at that time(separated by about 2 second intervals) then stop for about 4 second and the repeat all codes over and over until you remove the jumper.

Is this truee? Because I don't understand couple of things like OK if I look at the plastic holder that has 2 pins covering over it do I have to like stick paper clip in both of them or something because he not saying exactly how to jump it.. another thing is if I get a code 0 I know that's a bad ecu but what about the rest of the codes what if I get code 1 or 2 or code 14 or something how I am suppose to know what that mean?? Some one please help me out I'm a complete noob

DTC Index (http://www.k-series.com/dtc.html)

This is the largest list of Honda codes that I have found, pay attention to the top area with the car name or type.

Just pull the one plug out of the soft green plastic the one that has the tan and green wire then use a paper clip or wire jumper and stick it between the tan and green wire turn then turn the key on u don't have to start the car that should do it.
