I took my computer to get fixed and when I got it back it said I have 2 operating systems on here how do I take one off without losing any of my stuff??

It probably doesn't. The shop may have just reinstalled Windows in such a way that there appears to be 2. Why haven't you called the shop?

Go to Start>Run and type MSConfig. Select the Boot.ini tab ( I would make a copy of what's in there before you make any changes). There should be a multiboot option set to 1, you can set that to 0.

If you are unsure how to edit boot.ini, copy and paste it into a note here and we'll try to help.

FYI, What you are looking for is a second partition that could contain a second operating system, for example a Unix based Kernel. This would allow you PC to "Dual Boot"

DO NOT Delete anything yet.

Go back to "Disk Management" and see exactly what you have. If your disk is large enough, it may have be partitioned in two to allow you an extra addressable drive. For example drives C:, and D:.

Read the description of the partitions. One certainly will say MSDOS and probably have a NFTS file structure. The second partition is the one you worry about. If it says AIX or Unix and you don't use these types of platforms you can delete the partition.

If, however, it tells you it is a MSDOS drive, then look at the file structure and files on the drive if any.

If you have never used this drive, then it can be eliminated. Which also might go a long way towards freeing up the bottleneck on the Internet.

However, MAKE ABSOLUTLEY CERTAIN THAT YOU BACK UP THE PARTITION YOU ARE KEEPING.

I will have to defer to other operating system specialists for more guidance on your situation. I generally play in the print subsystems. You know the In and Out from the print driver to the printer. Good luck and please wait for better advice and instructions then mine

Second, Many PCs have a recovery partition that is your D drive, so you do not want to remove it. How big is that D drive, what brand of PC?
