Here is your old control wiring and instructions.

Here is the new one.

The old control is a indoor out door boiler reset thermostat.

The new one is just a thermostat.

These items are DIFFERENT as to the job they do as per Honeywell. You might recheck all your part numbers and figure out exactly what you are doing. These items are not the same.

Here is the existing wiring.. do I have to remove Watts flowswitch or just remove T475A and connect with new one L60061034

If you read my last post I told you these two controls were different. They do not have the same usage. You are trying to replace a indoor/outdoor control with a Limit control and that will not work. You will also loose some of your energy savings by not replacing the old control with a like same new one.

Here is some more detail...
This is a small motel. We have 11 rooms and house. Now all 11 rooms have individually control mannual thermostatic valve which guest can control heat them self. So what I am trying to do is that install surface strap thermostat on boiler inlet pipe and control lower limit for boiler to fire up at fix temp. I also have high linmit thermostat on boiler which I can set for either 160 or 170 F max. for house I do not have any valve to control room temp. all base board panels, which are fine. We are OK with that heat. Two separate circulating pump.. one for motel's 11 rooms and one for house. Both controlled by separate switch. Nothing do do with boilers wiring.
Question: which thermostate do you suggest to replace honeywell T475A in-outdoor reset? (I prefer on inlet boiler pipe surfacemount strap)

The indoor outdoor control you are trying to replace is not available as a strap on. You will have to be a real HVAC plumber dude to change out the control.
