I was arrested 6 yrs ago for a dui, we lost so I appealed it, I lost the appeal this yr of 2007. The d agreed to let me do 10 weekends so that I have no job interruptions. My job that I currently work at now requiries me to do 6 days a week for the next 2 months. I am a single mom, raising 3 kids. And who would I ask? Da? Or my lawyer by the way who is very good friends with the da.

Talk to your lawyer. See if alternate arrangements can be worked out. As it is, your job may have to be the more flexible one.

They have waited 6 years on appeals, most likely they will allow 2 months to finish your sentence.
