I have a 1992 honda civic I buy to fix up at frist the car did not had a ecm I buy one and put it in it crack but would not start when I turn the key on {not start } I hear the fuel pump hmmm I guess that it and the click but the check engine light stay on I know you stay to check all the fues and I did now to check the relay is there a way to check it then with out buying new one can I check it with a test light ? Or what would you recommend me doing next .
