When I flush the toilet it backs up into my bathtub, also when I do laundry the toilets on first floor bubble. I have applied drano to no avail. Any ideas

A plumber will probably use a snake through the toilet or a roof vent.
I have had luck with a drywall bucket of water and pouring quickly throug vent on roof, I would plug tub drain, and apply a little weight to keep in place. Good Luck

Sounds like a plugged drain more than a vent stack, stacks cause gurgling while drains cause bubbling. A snake won't do well in a toilet so use a toilet auger first and if that doesn't open the drain the you can pull the toilet if there is no clean out nearby. Rod the toilet drain with at least a 1/2' snake.

I wasn't thinking the Vent was clogged, I have poured 5 gallons through vent quickly and have cleared drain clogs in the Past. From the vent, it may go past toilet drain, then tub drain, then the blockage, not making it to sewer.

Before I pulled the toilet, I would look for a clean out.

Strat, I understand your logic now. That is an option in FL but not for me this time of the year. Thanks.
