Hi I need your help... do anybody know what's happen if I owe $25000 on my credit cards but I can not pay them... I move to another country and right now I do not have rights to come back in USA...

Are you saying that the US government is denying you the right to enter the US because of personal debts owed on credit cards??

No... It's my mistake I did not explain it right... I was in USA as a student. I had to go back in my country and right now my visa is over already... but my credit cards debts... are still open. I didn't get a chance to manage them because I really need to go home. I do not know what can happen in that case... I can not apply for visa right now not because of the US government, I just have to stay here because of my family and personal reasons may be for couple years.

After enough years, they get pass the statue of limiation that they can collect. In general you can just wait till you get back and make arrangements to pay

Yea but will the debt continue to accumulate interest even while he's outside of the country? Guess it doesn't matter since the US dollar is about to collapse anyway...
