I am 7 months pregnant and I have been going pee about every 20 min even when I am try to sleep.. is this normal?

Unfortunately as the uterus grows it compresses the bladder causing urination to be more frequent, even at night.

Is it REALLY regular? Like--every 10 minutes or 20 minutes EXACTLY?

And did this just start, or has it been an on-going thing?

it has been going on for the whole pregnancy... and you I have been keeping a record during the day its about every 20 min on average, and at night about 2x an hr

Unfortunately, that will happen because the baby is growing and pushing down on your bladder... but you could try not allowing yourself to drink right before you go to bed. Maybe make an hour or so before bed your cutoff time.

To me--LABOR felt like I had to pee. Until I realized that I was peeing every ten minutes, then every 8... yeah.

Sorry... I am no help in determining if it's normal or not... you might want to ask your OB/Gyn. I never had it that bad until I was in labor, unfortunately.
