Are those three separate law firms, two firms, or just one?
Can you put these in ABC order?
Baker & McKenzie; DLA Piper Rudnick Gray Cary; Jones Day; White & Case; Latham & Watkins; Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom
How many firms are there?
Those are the top firms in the U.S. Which two are out of ABC order?

Fre, Drane & Dunbar
You capitalize the company name starting with the first letter of the alphabet which in this case would be "F".
