Im trying to get pregnant.. I had intercourse during my ovlulation... Now I have gotten my period early and don't know if I should still take a pregnancy test... Could I still be pregnant?

Chances are you are not pregnant if you got your period. The first sign of pregnancy is a missed period.

For about a mnth or so. I was suppose to get my period later on in the mnth but just got it... my mom said I could still be pregnant but I don't understand

It takes most couples up to a year of active trying before falling pregnant, so don't get discouraged if you are not.

If you have your period chances are very slim that you are pregnant as your uterus needs the lining that you shed during pregnancy for the egg to implant and the placenta to grow. Without that lining the uterus is not in a healthy state to maintain a pregnancy.

With that said, many women do have pseudo-periods the first month or so of pregnancy. Unfortunately you are now playing the waiting game and have to wait for a missed period to test properly.
