We installed (by a professional) a new shower with all new fixtures. Today when I came home from work the shower was actually on. It will not shut off. I turned the water off and am now trying to figure out what the problem is. I have a pricefisher, if that helps. I used an allen wrench to take the handle off, but nothing else seems to be able to be removed. HELP:(

You have solder overage inside the valve. He did not flush it out. It will have to be disassembled and flushed and reassembled.
