What can a mortgage company do to an elderly person(95) for non-payment on her modular home, due to her having to be put into a nursing home, other than just repossessing the modular home. They are threatening to take her to court.

They can repo the modular home, sue her and get a judgement and attempt to get money from her if she has any.

I am sure the assumption of the loan was that when they die, either the estate would pay them. Or the family member who took it over would pay them. Was there anyone that co/signed for the loan?
