85k original miles, just bought the car. Was cleaning the throttle body with TB cleaner and I sprayed too much, which I think flooded the engine. I tried to run it to burn away the access fluid but it stalled after 8 seconds of being on. I let the car sit for a day in an attempt to dry out the cylinders (throttle was open and plugs out).
Now I tried to start it with new plugs and I am not getting spark. Wires look fine, and the car passes the following tests from this forum post; Sections A & B - https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/cars-trucks/faq-how-troubleshoot-repair-maintain-hondas-46563.html
The CEL was fine, relay and fuel pump are good too. The DTC code test thing showed code 15 which I researched can be due to the ICM. Distributor power (voltage of YEL/BLK wire in 2P connecter on distributor) shows 14v w/ ground as battery negative terminal, and 4.5v for everywhere else that is ground. 4.5 is definitely too low, but why am I getting the wrong voltage? The wire looks fine to me, could it just be the ICM?
When I did the ICM test all the wires showed voltages, which in the forum post it says "if all tests are normal REPLACE the ICM" -- Does this mean I need to replace my ICM?
K Test was fine, my MAP sensor shows 5v so the ECM should be OK.
What kind of things would spraying too much throttle body cleaner do to my car to cause no spark? Help, I am stuck!
