Diler,
What you are getting is a PCLXL error page. This particular error is because the XL interpreter went to print the page and realized there was no data on the page.
Do you have a header page that you can use to trace back to the sender?
If you want to block the error page, change the XL instructions "Print error page" to 0 instead of a 1. It is inside the job header.
If there is supposed to be data on the page, send me a print file and I'll see if I can find out why it is not putting spots on the page.

You can also try HP's Universal Printer Driver. I've found that driver to be much more reliable and accurate. However, it's unlike any other printer driver. I've had problems with Excel and the older drivers with other HP laser printers.
You can create "virtual printers" that have certain characteristics of the physical printer it represents. For instance you can have one named "HP 4600 duplex" and "HP 4600 simplex". Or "HP 4600 payroll". They would all refer to the same physical printer.
