Can I have the wages of a Pa. teacher garnished. A magistrate ruled in my favor & this former tenant owes me for rent and has not paid the amt the judge requested for over 2 years .

Hello d:

If you have a judgment, you can have it executed. That means you can have their wages garnished and you can attach their bank accounts. I would call the court constable to do it for you.
