My refrigerator ice maker freezes up and causes chunks of ice that freeze.how do I melt the chunks and what needs to be done about it.it is a pretty sizeable chunk of ice.this is a side by side ice box(refridgerator).the water comes out of water dispencer,but ice maker is messed up.need help. Sounds as if too much water is entering the tray. If this is the case, you will need to replace the module
