This comes and goes... When its threir it's a long time and when it leaves, its gone for along time. It just started up again tonight, or last night. I constantly check my phone to make sure its not on and I feel either like someone's outside my house or about to break into my house. Every time I hear even the smallest noise I panic and its hard for me to stay in that room so I feel safer in another room and go their. But I'm afraid to move and I pretty much freeze and don't make a sound. Every time a car drives down the street I panic. And I have to make sure that all the windows near me are completely covered. I'm not kidding... Ive even hid under the table before because I got scared and needed to hide. Sometimes I lose sleep over it. And I have to have my phone with me at all times too and I keep checking the doors to make sure they are locked even when I no I just checked them. But then everything I just talked about will go away for the longest time and just when I think I can't be afraid of anything it all comes back to me. Is their anything I can do for now? Because if I get off the computer, I know I will leave the room and go back to the other room and freak out.

Sounds like your brain is playing tricks on you. Go see a psychiatrist. No, I'm not saying that you're a fruitcake. Learn about diet and the brain. I know all about OCD. It sounds more like an anxiety disorder to me. Do you have a reason to fear?

I don't think so.

Are you using any drugs (even doctor prescribed ones) that might be making you paranoid? Even sinus medication can set some people off. Sometimes, not being on them, when you are used to, can cause the brain to do funny things. Caffeine can cause a change in brain balance and so can sugar.

Certainly check into the side effects of that medication. Talk to your doctor about it. You would not be the first to have symptoms from something like that. Might be a lot of stimulants going into your system to trigger something.

Would you by any chance know or have an idea of why its only sometimes? I mean, like sometimes its impossible... then it comes back and it seems impossible for it to leave for the longest time.

Perhaps the way your body processes the medicine? Maybe it takes a while to build up in your system? Maybe it depends on how frequently you use the medicine? Those are all just possibilities. I am only suggesting based on people I know... I am not a nurse or doctor, so it is just something for you to consider.
