Ok, so I am 16... About 2 summers ago I had a boyfriend who was 21 yes I was 14 blah blah I know stupid he just wanted to have sex with me anyway and I did not so we broke up whatever... but this is kind of hard to talk about.. so this guy I was seeing his brother was a little older me and by best friend ( who is 18 now)would go over to his brothers apt almost every weekend.. we would goof around drink do all of that fun stuff and it went on for about 3 months... and by this time let me remind you I was a virgin I mean at 14 years old of course... so one day me and my best friend went over there in the afternoon to have a few drinks and play cards well my ex boyfriend was not there just his brother and his friend... so things kind of got out of hand and I got very very drunk to the point where it was hard to even walk... so my best friend wanted to now if my ex boyfriends brother would take me home so he did and by this time it was 4:00 pm so I went home they dropped me off and they drooped my best friend off at her friends house... so I called him back and told him to pick me back up and my best friend did not know that he did... ok so I remember going outside to get in the car to go back to him apt and that's it and the next thing I knew it was like I blacked out or something because all I knew was that I was having sex with him and I was a virgin.. but still I do not know if I asked for it or not but still... never never never in a million years would I have sex with him I didn't know what was going on... I would just like to now if you would consider this as rape... no one knows about it besides my best friend... I regret it every single day.. I don't know what to do because its always going to be in the back of my mind.. so I just wanted to know if you would think this is rape.. if you have an answer and what I should do that would be great Thank you so much.

First at 14 it is always rape, don't matter if you agreed to it or ot.
Doing while impaired would be rape normally also.

So yes it was rape because a 14 year old can not consent.

I will add though before other 14 year olds read this, no it is not normal and is not the "all the fun stuff" to be drinking at 14. This is not acceptable behavior for children that age.
But being drunk is not an excuse for a older boy to take advantage of a child.

Honey if you were 14 yes no matter what it was rape if he is older than you in legal eyes.
If you were intoxicated at all it is rape in legal eyes. (at least where I live)
I can't get onto for drinking at that age I was doing far worse I can only hope that you learned from your mistakes and do not get silly drunk anymore.
If you can't remember or you think you were unconsious it is rape.
Rape is a serious thing and it should be reported. If it really was 2 years ago the statute of limitations is probably up and you probably can't prove it anymore but you really should try to do something about it.
