Hi, I washed a couple of loads today. The last load that was being washed did not complete. The machine will not drain. I tried starting it over. It will work until it is time to be drained then it shuts down. Is there anything I can do before calling someone to fix it? Thank you in advance for all your help. HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

What brand is it? Does the timer advance? Does it go through the spin cycle? Is the drain hose clear? Do you hear the pump running?
