I have temporary custody of my niece she is going on three months. I have had her since she was released from the hospital. Her parents (my sister and her husband)who have not helped me support her, everything she has I have bought for her. I was wondering if they could just come and get her when ever they pleased?

If the courts awarded you temp custody... then there should be a court date to settle the issue. I would say no they can not just come and get her. You need to make sure that you have a copy of the judgement in case they were to try. The police would probably request to see it.

They will have to go to court and get custody awarded back to them.
It you are wanting full custody you will need to get the babies parents to sign their rights to you.

Do you have custody in the sense that you are providing child care? Or do you have temporary custody by an order of some court?

Temporary means just that. As indicated you need to provide more details here. You need to tell us why you have custody, whether it was ordered by a court, what conditions were given, when the review period is up, etc.
If you were given Temp custody by a court, then they cannot just come and get her when they please. They will have to either file a motion for custody or show up at the next hearing and ask for custody. If it wasn't court ordered then yes they can come and take her anytime, since they would be considered the legal parents.
