My 2 year old neptune washer is very loud during the spin cycle(the last 7 min) any ideas?

We had a Whirlpool front load that sounded like a helicopter landing in the yard on spin.
They replaced it and the new one was the same but they gave us an extra year warranty to shut us up. They sent out a technician but he couldn't find anything and more or less said it was normal with a high speed spin (we didn't even have it on the high setting). I was surprised that Cons Report rated the noise level as acceptable. You didn't say if it just started doing that. Ours was noisy from day 1. But it never walked. One thing to check is to make sure the drain hose isn't rapping on the wall at high speed.
