Well hello there I actually started this account to help a friend of mine out.. He has a lot of questions about the mother of his child leaving out of state without his consent, as well as he really doesn't get to see her that much, which there is no custody order or visitation order so I was wondering if you would be so kind to get back to me when you get the chance.. Thanks SK

First the mother does not need his consent if there is no court order saying he has to give it. There is no reason they can't move away across the nation if there is no court order saying they can't.

So the only thing and first thing, is to do what needed to be done when the child was born, you go to cort and see to have valid custody agreemets in place, with court ordered visits.

If there is no court orders the mother can do as she wishes. She can moves states, countries, not allow visitation etc.

The father needs to go to court and have visitation ordered.

What if the Father is an alcoholic? How do you establish supervised visitations for the good of the kid. I do not hate my baby's father... I really wish he could have stopped drinking. He just refuses. Is it better to try an out of court deal?

Same issue, the fathers condition will have to be proved to the court, your word is not going to be enough, if it is proved that the father would be a threat to the children, then in court you can request the visits be supervised.
