How would you describe it? I feel like there's almost someone in there tapping me with their finger, or thumping of a watermelon. And how often did you feel it at this stage.. some days I feel him all day long and some days I feel it just a few times a day

I never really felt any of my babies kicking. Maybe three times out of 4 pregnancies.
I did feel something like water bubbles going across my stomach.
With my second my labor pains tickled.

When I first started to feel my baby move it did feel like a tapping or thumping. Sometimes it felt like little bubbles or popcorn popping. At 22 weeks I didn't feel much at all. Maybe I would feel the tapping once a week. It wasn't until about 26 or 27 weeks that I felt stronger movements and would feel movements more regularly.
