:( So I'm a 26 year old guy and uncircumcised and over the last year or so I've developed a tightness at the end of my foreskin such that I am unable to retract the foreskin when I have an erection. This is making sex very difficult for my wife and I. I am considering having a circumcision to remedy this. Anyone out there with any experience or advice with this sort of thing?? Thanks!

Hi, powderskier,
This is common, and nothing to be that concerned about, IF you see a doctor.
The skin, if not pulled back often, can begin to grow tight, as you are experiencing. I am not a doctor, so can't offer you Professional advice.
You have two options;
1. As you mentioned, you could be circumcised.
2. Another option; have the skin opened up a little, so it will pull back comfortably.
A doctor could discuss both options with you, and then you can decide which to do.
But, by all means, see a doctor, before it gets any tighter. I know something like this is not the greatest thing in the world to be thinking about, but it needs to be done. Both you and your wife will be glad you did it.
I do wish you the best, and Happy New Year!

What I think you should go is get it circumcised. It will make it easier for you and your wife plus it is a lot more healthier.

I would do everything I could not to get cut. Your penis will dry out, get callused and you will loose half of the feeling you have since most of the nerve endings are within the foreskin. Many doctors will proscribe a steroid cream that you can use along with stretching exercises. Do your home work and search the net.

Being circumsized it actually a cleaner way to begin with, I advise getting it done, its easier and cleaner
