I made soup but I forgot to peel my carrots.

Is that all right?

Did you clean the carrots first? Wash with water and scrub them? If so, you should be okay.

Yes, I washed the carrots,

Oh okay.. I was afraid to eat it because the carrots still look... like thye have dirt on them but maybe tis color of skin ?

Could be just the color of the skin. Once you taste one of the carrots and if it tastes okay to you, it should be allright. It is something I would not worry about. Perhaps, though, someone else will voice another opinion.

Hehehehehe you will be fine seeing at the soup will have been cooked at a higher temp than the bacteria can live, I wouldn't even worry about it enjoy your soup.

When you peel any fruit or veggie, you lose some of the vitamins etc. so, hey! You'll be healthier. <GBG>

That reminds me of hearing "All the apples nutrition is in the skin"

I found that ridiculous but haha ^.^

I love carrots o.O
Not as much as I love potatoes
