My car won't start and is not the batteryor the starter, what could it be?

Most importantly, does the Check Engine Light come on and go out, after two seconds, when the ignition switch is turned to ON (Position II)? If it does, and you can hear the fuel pump run during this period, focus on the distributor--particularly the Ignition Control Module and coil. Both of these components can be tested for free at AutoZone.

I replaced my distributor and I need to set the idle speed and ignition timing. Any help on how to do that would be greatly appreciated.

It's 92 Accord.
