Hello everyone... just trying to figure out a movie that I really liked in elementary school. It was about a group of friends and then one is sent to Chicago to live for awhile. He comes back all weird, and creates sort of like his own gang in the small town where he was from. He picks on the other friends he left behind, etc. The ending is about him and the others sort of making up... I don't remember the title at all! Would like to know what it is
