How do you fix a ham?

I like to coat mine in maple syurp and brown sugar and let it set for a week first, then cross cut it and bake it in the oven till brown, then take a mixure of the brown sugar mix and coat it again and put it back for another 35 min in the oven.

How big is the ham? Knowing this would help others to answer your question better. Thanks!
