I bought a set of DVD's on eBay and paid by cheque, I did not receive the DVD's I contacted eBay and used their dispute consul I had to wait 10 days I found that eBay had tried to contact the seller but eBay got no response, I then preceded to the next stage on the dispute consul which ended the dispute but did not achieve anything. Their was no way I could contact eBay directly. At the moment nearly 2 months after buying the DVD's I have not received anything. What should I do next.

If it's a personal check, then you can call the bank. If it's cash, money order, cashier's check, sorry bud. Nothing you can do. If it's via paypal, you can contact paypal.

Learn a lesson that you never buy anything off paypal by check, you always use paypal so you have protection from this happening.

You have their name, and you have their address, you sue them in small calims court
