What's prenantal vitamins and do I need prescribtion to buy it?

It all depends on where you live. You can get them over the counter here in the US (I don't know about anywhere else), at places like Wal-Mart in the vitamin section.

What are they? They are vitamins that help you with certain aspects of nutrition to help mother and baby to be healthy before, during, and after pregnancy.
