I had a crush on this guy and he told me in a text that I'm not his type and he told me a lot of curse words. Before the text he was giving me signs that he liked me, he waited for me after class, texted me and stuff like that. My cousin found out that he had a girlfriend while he was talking to me and so my cousin went and confronted his girlfriend. This caused a lot of confusion. I asked him he had a girlfriend before and he said no. When I was in town my cousin showed me the girlfriend and she wanted to talk to me about him. She asked me if he and I were together and I told her no and stuff like that. I guess she went and confronted him after that and then he ended up sending me the text that he didn't like me to begin with. After the text, he apologized to me in another text and said that it was a misunderstanding and that he was sorry.

The next day at school he was trying to ask me something but I totally ignored him but I guess he was trying to clear up things between us. Do u think I should've listened and do you think I should be friends with him again after what he said ?

Well, it's up to you if you want to be friends again. Maybe his girlfriend saw the message and things got out of hand. He should have been honest with you about having a girlfriend however. He kind of sounds like a player to me. He was probably upset that your cousin confronted his girlfriend. But, then again, that is what he gets for lying about having one...

I would say forgive him because, hey, life is too short to hold grudges. But that doesn't mean that you have to be friends. If it were me, I would hear him out if he wants to apologize, but I wouldn't be friends unless you really want to. Hope this helps!

First, I think you need to listen to what he says. See if his response is real. If it sounds phony den forget about this guy. Your too good, but if his apology is for real forgive him. It will be good for both of you if you forgive him
