There is a permanent restraining order against me. I have 3 hours tomorrow to pick up my personal property. Personal property consists of what? I have a big screen t.v. that I want and am paying on, can I take this? It will leave her with 1 big screen and 2 smaller t.v.s.
Thanks,
Tom

Personal property consists of things other than land, which is called real property (real estate). You may be paying on the big screen TV, but is it yours? If you bought it, then take it.

I don't know if it is considered as personal property. But until it is settled in the courts or through agreement, sometimes it depends upon how much patience the assisting officers have. Go there with your receits and maybe they will let you take it.
I would concentrate on more important things other than a TV.

If you bought it, and the payments are in your name only, not just you paying, if you boght it with the ex wife and the loan is in both names, ti is as much hers as yours at this poit, since it is also her personal property.
This is where the court is suppose to list, specific, law mower, TV, pool table. At this point, if she wants to stop you, most likely all you will get out is your perosnal clothes and bath items. Beyond that, if the judge has not given you specific property, she may be able to stop you.
