I am an H1B visa holder and I am unmarried.could I petition my mother who is 71 yrs. Old and my unmarried sister who is 41 yrs old for an H4(DEPENDENT)VISA? Both are tourist visa holders
OPSSS... I AM A NEW USER AND I JUST CANNOT GET Through ASKING A QUESTION...
