I saw it about... 10 years ago, so I barely remember it... but some parts were:

There's an alien... and it takes on human forms, as it will pretty much kill a human, and take their body. The alien had a best friend, a caucasian female. The female knew about the alien, and tried to... get the alien back home? Not sure. Just helped it out a bit.

The entire movie... is not scary. It's more like ET, in the sense it has some funny parts... etc.

I remember a specific scene in which the alien takes the form of a very attractive girl. She attracts this one guy, and takes his form too.

I know this one too! It's very vague in my memory though. Many similar movies also came out around the same time. There was one where the creature takes over the person's body and moves from one body to the next and when it leaves the body the person dies.

There was also a movie with a worm like looking creature . It found a guy host which it drugs in return to him helping it find a victim on which to suck off blood!
