I feel so weird but this will be my last stop before going to the doctor, I just need an opinion, my problem comes down with my ejaculation its extremely painful and only a drop comes out, I have never been hit there or nothing is it because of my size? Yes, painful ejaculation is not normal ever. Now lack of fluid can be if you have ejaculated prior to the last time.
