Hello everyone I am 22 years old and have never had a regular period. I can't even remember the last time I had a natural period. But my concern at this moment is that I have a pain on my lower left groin area that I have had for about 2 months now and it seems to be getting worse. Its kindof difficult to explain the pain it almost feels like it's a big bruise it hurts to walk, lay on that side and stay seated for to long and the try to get up then its absolutely horrid my mom had endometriosis (as well as every other female on both my mom and my dads side) she says that the pain I am explaing is similar to what she felt I have been to docs and was just recently diagnosed with pcos and type 2 diabetes but no doctor thinks that I have endo I just want to make sure I do everything I can now because at some point in my life I will want to have kinds and I want my body to be able to do it. And I have a feeling that if something is done now to make me get my periods I will not be able to conceive its been 10 years of maybe 2 periods a year if any one has any info that might help I would surely appreciate it this pain in my side is terrible and I would like for it to go away thanks all

Hi,
I am not a doctor, and cannot offer any suggestions about what to do; except, I would go to a different doctor, get another Professional opinion.
A good doctor is what you need, and to follow you through this. There are many different types of scans available now, and your doctor will know if you need any to pinpoint the problems, or any other tests you need.
I do wish you the best of luck, and Happy New Year.
