What is the best answer to give an interviewer when they ask you "why do you want a schorlaship to study"?

I am an Economics graduate from Haiti. I want help in finding scholarship because I have no money to pursue my studies at this level. For my country is a poor country, I can't find opportunity to pay myself the Masters course. I would be very grateful if you could give me a way to find scholarship of a Master degree.
