I have a Honda civic 07 that I just purchased it a little over 4 month ago. Everything was fine except I start having some problems to start this car about ones a week. The engine is cranking and it won't start, I wait for a minute or two and it starts just fine. I went to Honda dealer explained my problem, they checked it for me and the answer was that everything is fine and they have no idea what is going on. What should I do? This is a first Honda I bought in my life and I guess is the last one. I need some help to figure it out what is going on with my car because obviously dealer hiring people who "have no idea what is going on". I hope you have some answers for me. Thank you very much.

. Check for codes.
. Ensure spark plugs and fuel filter are in good shape, which they probably are because it's a 2007 Civic.

Try starting your car this way:

Turn ignition key to ON and wait for the CEL to go out or for several seconds. Then, turn the key to start. This allows the fuel rail to become fully pressurized before starting. On many cars, this is very important.
