I have met a girl who is the best person I have met in ages. We have been out a couple of times. Both of us have acknowledged how much we like each other. Both of us want to see each other as much as possible.

The problem is, it will (in the short/medium term) be a long distance relationship. I live in the South of England, she lives in Geneva. That will mean a 90min flight to see each other, which probably means ony seeing each other a couple of times a month for weekends, and of course means no midweek dates.

It won't be forever. She has been seconded out there with work and is there for 18 months.

I like her loads, she is the same. How do we make this work? Any tips?

Well you could go work there or try come up with a better arrangement so that it is possible to see each other more.
Both get web cams maybe it could ease the sense of distance that you have from each other.

Stay friends with no commitments, and just be like penpals. Getting to know each other, slowly.
