Hi, I'm 19 I've been dating my boyfriend for a year now. I've had sex with two guys before him. One night I noticed a small pimple on my tush. When I popped it, only blood came out. After that, more pimples have appeared but not on my tush. Pimples have appeared around my vagina. If I pop any of them, I get blood. They don't itch and I noticed them around the time I got my job. I work as a waitress and we are required to wear black pants. They very tight around the vagina area and I normally don't wear underwear. I'm worried that it might be an Std, but I'm not sure how to tell. Help.

Number one rule:
Do not think about popping them.all it does is just leaves a mark.
Number two rule:
Wear underpants no matter how tight the pants are.this is because maybe the pants are scraping across and it might cause pimples around that area.
Number three rule:
Go and see your doctor for more information

We can't determine if you have an STD over the Internet. Only a doctor can diagnose you IF you have something going on.
This could be something as simple as acne, but if its bothersome to you, get it checked out.
Cissy is right though-- you should wear cotton crotch underwear to help that area "Breath" especially if you wear tight pants. I'm assuming those pants aren't 100% cotton, so you'll need to adjust your habits in order to help. Its very possible that the friction and heat from your work pants is a culprit.
