Hey I'm having this problem I had Sex with a girl I know but don't know much about Sexual history wise the next day I had a rash and the tip of my foreskin was very dry and when I pull it back I have what looks like 3 or 4 cuts and my penis head looked very red a couple of weeks have gone by

And I have bought a cream called canesten cream it seems to of made it abit better but after masturbation my foreskin goes really red and my head sometimes looks really shriviled

I've tried many times to be seen in an STD clinic but its so bad over here in the UK and they have refused and told me to come back on a different day well to my luck I did and refused me again. I'm so worryed there's no pain no discharge no irritation apart from when it first appeared

I've looked at many things on the internet and they have scared me more any help would be appricieted
