You could be having anxiety attacks if it isn't constant.
Try taking vitamin B complex and B 12 sublingual and make a doctors appointment to find out the exact cause.

No I have only really noticed it over the last week and a week ago all the problems started happening with my great aunt and my sister keeps on passing out for no apparent reason so maybe that's the cause... I do have a bad habit of working myself up over very little...
Thanks for the help I appreciate it.

Attacks I would say, periods of 4 or 5 minutes of non stopping per occurrence

I have noticed that you seem to have a lot of various fears and worries, from looking at your various posts. Do you worry all the time about things that are not normal worrieds of a child your age?

Since it is 4 or 5 minute non stop it is most likely is anxiety attacks from worry.

As for your feeling like you are going to vomit it could be worry or it could maybe be indigestion.
