Try this. Take the shower off and look just below the threads. If there's a rubber washer in there it's a water saver. Pry it out and toss it. Better pressure now? If not then I have t6o know how old your house is and what type of pipes you have. Copper, galvanized or plastic. Regards, Tom

a'l got & have a look rite now thanx (just'n'case) a'd say the houses are about 15/20 years old (i dont have underfloor heating or anything like that)
(it's a round boiler in my room & i think it's coper pipeing BUT i thought i might of had a main pipe with some sort of tapp that i twist to make the water flow faster ?

Nothing but a booster pump would give you more pressure,(make your water flow faster) so you can forget about a magic tap. Let me know how removing the water saver from the shower head works. Regards, Tom

What about cleaning out the shower head? There may be lime or iron deposits.

White vinegar? Thanks for the tip! Will that work as well or even better than soaking it in something like Lime-Away? Or, maybe white vinegar won't be as harmful to to certain parts of a shower head than something like Lime-Away might be? I am just curious, since the subject of white vinegar was brought up.
