So I want my hair to grow longer and I want to know if there is anything I can do to help it I began trimming any damaged hair I see and I know it takes time for it to grow... I just want to know if there is anything I can do at home to make it grow... and what kind of dye should I use because I plan to dye it as well... so far I already bought "l'oreal paris"... and I just want to know if that will damage my hair and prevent it from growing

I'm sure any dye does at least SOME damage to your hair.
If your main goal is just growing it, I think for now you should leave it and let it grow naturally. I've heard massaging the scalp can help stimulate blood circulation and help hair grow faster. Using a good conditioner can also help make your hair more healthy.
