Help has arrived -- Download and install CCleaner

CCleaner download and review - remove junk files from SnapFiles (http://www.snapfiles.com/reviews/CCleaner/ccleaner.html)

It is a registry cleaning program I highly recommend

There is a tab with TOOLS which allows ADD/REMOVE PROGrams

but people will never forget how you made them feel."

Please be patient, since the people that might be able to help you may not even be awake yet. Thank you.

Use this alternative way, which directly opens the add/remove programs from run.

Follow this steps

Click on Start > Open Run

Enter appwiz.cpl, click on OK

If it doesn't open "add/remove programs", then its removed from the PC
