I have a 99' Honda Accord V6 and every time I press down on the gas petal all of the warning lights from ABS to battery to emergency break to open doors go on simultaneously, and these lights all stay on until I press down on the break where they then all go off. This process then continues with every time I accelerate and slow down.. any ideas ?

. Spray the brake light switch with WD-40.

. Disconnect the Throttle Position Sensor (TPS), reset the ECM, reconnect the TPS, start the car, and see if the problem goes away. If this doesn't solve the problem, I would check the TPS.

. If the Check Engine Light does not go off after 2 seconds, when the ignition switch is turned to ON (Position II), the problem may reside with the ECM.
