My toilet drips nonstop. I replaced the fill valve, but still drips.

It's the flapper that you need to replace. The water is dripping past it.
The flapper is the rubber thing that lifts when the toilet is flushed.

There are two types of "drips". One is from a fill valve,(ballcock) that won't shut off and the other is from a faulty flapper. If you take your hand and run it along the flat side of the flapper and find a wavey edge then you have found your drip. Replacing the flapper will solve your problem if that's the case.
